What are the delivery charges for orders from Stocklia?

Delivery charges will be calculated based on the delivery location at the time of checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted at Stocklia?

Our preferred payment is Credit Card (powered by the Stripe payment gateway).

Is there a subscription cancellation fee?

Never. Cancel any subscription at any time without charge.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel my subscription?

We require at least 48 hours notice for subscription cancellations before the product is due to be shipped. If a subscription is cancelled too close to the shipping date that we cannot guarantee that your cancellation will be processed in time.

How long will my subscription last?

There is no minimum contract or minimum length. You may cancel your subscription whenever you like, provided you give us at least 48 hours notice before we ship your product.

Is there a minimum length for subscriptions?

No. You get to decide what you want, how much of it you want and how often you want it delivered. You can subscribe for a day, month, year and keep the subscription going for as long as you like!

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take between 3-5 business days normally. But this may vary based on your location.

How secure is shopping on Stocklia? Is my data protected?

Stocklia is secure and your data is always protected.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You’ll be sent a receipt of purchase and order status update. We’ll notify you once the order has been processed, ready for delivery and completed.

Can I get my order sent to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or Locked Bag?

Sure, please ensure you enter all the necessary details.

What happens if I’m not happy with my order?

Our customers are our everything. We take pride in our quality of service and our carefully selected products. But, if you aren’t happy with your order, please send an email at info@stocklia.com and we’ll get you sorted!

Do we sell to businesses?

Most definitely! Subscribe to coffee, or any of the other products to be delivered direct to your office.

Do we sell corporate gifts?

Sure! Go ahead and subscribe a gift for any of your colleagues or maybe the office itself.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You’ll always receive an invoice.
